Job summary

Risant Health seeks an Epic Analyst to coordinate, optimize, and maintain Epic EHR systems across clinical and administrative teams. You will configure Epic modules, analyze workflows, and support users to ensure efficient, compliant care delivery.

The role emphasizes training, documentation, and data reporting using Epic tools, with collaboration across Risant Health and KP IT teams to address gaps and drive continuous improvement in EHR initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum five years of relevant healthcare IT or informatics experience.
At least two years of direct, hands-on Epic experience.
Familiar with Epic modules: Ambulatory, Inpatient/ClinDoc, Cadence, MyChart, Healthy Planet, Compass Rose.

Responsibilities

Epic System Management: Plan, design, and configure Epic EHR functionality and modules.
Workflow Optimization: Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and translate needs into Epic configurations.
Training & User Support: Provide training, documentation, and troubleshooting for Epic applications.
Data Reporting & Compliance: Use Epic reporting tools to extract/analyze healthcare data for decision-making and regulatory needs.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Coordinate with Risant Health and IT teams to ensure EHRs meet provider needs and improve workflows.
