Job summary

State of Colorado is seeking a Health Information Technology (HIT) BEHR Team member to provide data analysis, system maintenance, and reporting for BEHR-backed EHR systems supporting inpatient and outpatient departments. The role emphasizes data quality, regulatory compliance, and analytic support for hospital operations.

The candidate will upgrade systems, design reports, and work with BEHR stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of relevant experience in Data Analysis or other occupation related to the work assigned to this position.
• A combination of a Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or relevant experience equal to six (6) years.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and enhances the back end of our Electronic Health Record (EHR) for inpatient and outpatient departments for the office of civil and forensic mental health.
• Performs system analysis and design of reports, inquiries, and input screens as provided by BEHR tools; explores BEHR functionality for hospital staff; develops routine and ad hoc reporting mechanisms.
