Job summary

Children’s Hospital Colorado is seeking an Epic Applications Analyst Professional to provide frontline and Tier 2 support for Epic systems, with duties spanning planning, design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization. You will translate clinical requirements into technical specifications and collaborate with IT and clinical staff to deliver reliable solutions.

The role requires Epic Beaker CP certification within four months of hire, and prior Epic Analyst or clinical lab experience is

Qualifications

Minimum of two years of related experience required.
Prior Epic Analyst experience strongly preferred.
Clinical laboratory experience is strongly preferred.
Epic Beaker CP certification in the primary application will be required within four months of hire.

Responsibilities

Analyzes and diagnoses system problems, identifies root cause and resolves or escalates.
Plans, designs, implements, maintains and optimizes applications.
Translates business needs into system design and communicates requirements to developers.
