Qualifications

• Two-year degree or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Management, Accounting or Economics preferred
• Knowledge of insurance billing and EHR systems preferred
• Programming languages SQL, R or Python preferred

Responsibilities

• Ensure data in the EHR is accurate and free of errors
• Provide data integrity to billing by reviewing clinical data
• Create and update EHR forms to meet billing and clinical needs
• Roll out EHR updates and educate staff on features
• Review error reports and correct data in the EHR when possible
• Monitor reports to verify error correction progress
• Track common errors and train staff to reduce future errors
