Tri-Force Consulting Services, Inc. in Edmond, OK, seeks a Business Analyst (EHR) for a contract role to work with project managers and cross-functional teams on gathering and validating requirements across clinical, operational, and data domains.

The analyst will elicit and prioritize requirements, translate needs into measurable specifications, support validation via testing and UAT, and document current/future workflows to identify gaps and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of business analyst experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
• Experience in healthcare or EHR projects preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma or related certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Elicit, analyze, document, prioritize, and maintain requirements for EHR initiatives.
• Translate stakeholder needs into clear, testable, and solution-neutral requirements.
• Analyze gaps and opportunities for standardization across programs.
• Support validation of configured functionality through workflow review, testing, and UAT.
• Document current- and future-state workflows to identify gaps and opportunities for process improvement.
• Plan and sequence business analysis activities with the Project Manager.
• Communicate status, dependencies, risks, and issues related to requirements.
