Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in administration, education, events, or program support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office, virtual meeting platforms, and customer service.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms, webinar tools, and event management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support education programs, webinars, conferences, and events through administrative, technical, and project coordination.
• Manage webinar logistics, attendee communications, speaker support, and live event troubleshooting.
• Maintain LMS content, run reports, and conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Coordinate educational materials, presentations, recordings, and virtual learning content.
• Serve as a point of contact for customer, speaker, and vendor inquiries.
• Provide administrative support including meeting coordination, reporting, and file management.
