Job summary

TruLegal, a leading global law firm, seeks an eDiscovery Specialist to deliver high-quality eDiscovery services with focus on Relativity administration, review workflows, and AI-enabled tools. The role involves handling multiple concurrent matters in a hybrid setting and ensuring strict data handling standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on eDiscovery experience, familiarity with EDRM, and strong communication skills. RCA preferred, with willingness to obtain credential.

Qualifications

• Proven eDiscovery experience with Relativity and related workflows.
• RCA certification preferred or willingness to obtain the credential.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Law, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Relativity administration and technical support including user access and security permissions.
• Configure review workflows, search logic, text analytics, and AI functionality for productions.
• Manage multiple matters and meet billable hour expectations within a fast-paced environment.
• Deliver high-quality client service and build strong internal stakeholder relationships.
• Assist with secure data transfers and logging using physical media and SFTP.
