TruLegal seeks an experienced eDiscovery Analyst to join its eDiscovery Services team. You will manage RelativityOne databases, process data, and apply advanced analytics and AI tools to support litigation teams.

The role is remote with preference for candidates near a firm office, offering growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have RelativityOne expertise, ACEDS familiarity, and strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of RelativityOne and analytics features.
• Familiarity with the EDRM and ACEDS principles.
• Ability to apply RelativityOne scripting to resolve technical challenges and streamline workflows.
• Strong analytical reasoning, sound judgment and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with ability to balance priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Manage electronic discovery databases in RelativityOne, including workspace creation, ongoing maintenance, and technical support throughout the lifecycle of a matter.
• Handle incoming electronic data, evaluating its structure, contents, and volume to determine appropriate processing, organization, and storage procedures.
• Execute data processing, loading and production activities in accordance with established protocols and matter-specific requirements.
• Apply RelativityOne's advanced features, analytics capabilities, AI tools, and scripting functionality to support discovery workflows, troubleshoot issues, and improve efficiency.
• Evaluate project needs and recommend appropriate analytical tools and techniques to legal teams.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews of assigned work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency across deliverables.
• Support the exchange of electronic information with external parties, including coordinating data preparation and production activities.
• Document project activities and maintain accurate records of data movement, handling, and processing through applicable tracking and project management systems.
• Provide technical assistance to attorneys and other legal professionals, addressing both routine and complex questions involving eDiscovery platforms and workflows.
• Partner with eDiscovery project managers and attorneys to execute project deliverables and support case objectives.
• Perform additional litigation support functions, including media duplication, data audits, document imaging, spreadsheet management, and printing of electronic or native files.
• Maintain data integrity and confidentiality by following established information security practices, documenting chain of custody, and adhering to applicable data handling and retention procedures.
