Job summary

TruLegal (formerly TRU Staffing) client, a leading law firm, seeks an experienced eDiscovery Senior Analyst to provide technical and project management support to its Litigation Department. Manage matters from collection through production and guide AI/Relativity solutions.

Hybrid role based in NY, Boston, or SF; in-office roughly 1-2 times per month; Boston/New York schedules 11:30 a.m.–7:30 p.m. Applicants should have Relativity expertise and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; several years in a mid-to-large law firm setting.
• Expert-level knowledge of litigation information management and related software.
• Relativity Certified Administrator or Certified E-Discovery Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage eDiscovery matters from collection through production.
• Consult with management, clients, and staff on discovery plans and budgets.
• Provide litigation and trial technology support, including database design and QA.
• Lead RELativity/aiR projects using Relativity's Review Center and aiR suite.
• Develop and implement best practice standards for litigation tech and AI.
• Collaborate with IT on software/hardware decisions for litigation tech.
• Train attorneys on litigation support, AI, and discovery.
• Provide backup support to the Litigation Support team.
• Assist with evaluating innovative AI solutions across practice groups.
