Job summary

Selendy Gay PLLC seeks an eDiscovery & Litigation Support Senior Project Manager to lead complex discovery projects and support litigation teams. You will coordinate collections, processing, review, and productions, with a focus on Relativity expertise and strong client communication.

The role requires 8+ years in Relativity and 5+ years in eDiscovery project management, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
8+ years of hands-on Relativity experience and managing reviews/productions.
5+ years of eDiscovery or litigation support project management in a professional setting.
Strong analytical and problem solving abilities with written and verbal communication.
Ability to work with structured data and collaborate with attorneys, clients, and vendors.

Responsibilities

Enter billable time and meet the expectation of 1,400 annual hours.
Manage Relativity databases, including creation, administration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
Coordinate eDiscovery workflows for collection, processing, review, production and trial support.
Load inbound productions into firm repositories with data mapping and migrations.
Create standard and customized reports and run advanced searches.
Coordinate with teams and vendors to meet deadlines and project requirements.
Support use of review technologies (Active Learning and Relativity aiR) for teams.
Serve as main liaison among case teams, clients, and third‑party vendors.
