Job summary

MongoDB in Austin, TX is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to support a seamless interview experience for our candidates. You will report to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and collaborate with Recruiters to ensure a smooth candidate journey in a hybrid role based out of ATX.

In this role you will coordinate interviews, maintain job postings in Greenhouse, manage swag and events logistics, support onboarding and travel arrangements, and help execute Summer Internship, New Grad

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
• Canva experience is a plus!
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges.
• Strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews with high-volume phone and video interviews for interns, new grads, and sales development candidates.
• Maintain job postings on career sites and in Greenhouse.
• Collaborate with interviewers to create a positive candidate experience during sessions.
• Gather feedback from interviewers to improve the selection process.
• Assist in swag management, logistics, and shipping for events.
• Plan and schedule on-site events across seasons; coordinate training and open houses.
• Coordinate onboarding and travel arrangements for candidates.
• Support welcome packages, surveys, and event logistics across Summer Internship, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy.
• Be adaptable and assist with diverse projects for Early Talent Programs.
