Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to help create a seamless interview experience for candidates. You will report to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and collaborate with recruiters to ensure a captivating candidate journey.

This hybrid role is based out of ATX, supporting intern, new grad, and Sales Development programs with logistics, travel, and event coordination. Join a team focused on growth and exceptional candidate experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
• Canva experience is a plus!
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges.
• Strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics, including high-volume phone and video interviews for interns, new grads, and Sales Development candidates.
• Assist with swag management, event logistics, and on-site planning for Early Talent events.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience and onboarding, including travel arrangements and keeping candidates informed.
• Support program engagement and logistics across Summer Internship, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy programs.
• Be adaptable and assist with diverse projects to support Early Talent initiatives.
