Job summary

MongoDB is seeking a detail-oriented Program Coordinator to facilitate a seamless interview experience for candidates. You will report directly to the Early Talent Lead Program Manager and work collaboratively with our Recruiters to guarantee a smooth and captivating candidate journey.

This is a hybrid role based out of ATX, supporting interview coordination, swag logistics, onboarding, and engagement across Summer Internship Program, New Grad Rotational, and Sales Academy.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience in program coordination, recruitment, or a similar administrative role.
• Canva experience is a plus!
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of creating clear, professional materials.
• Detail-oriented with an ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems, and proactively address challenges.
• Strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Interview Coordination: Maintain job postings on career websites and within our recruitment system, Greenhouse. Partner with Recruiters to organize high-volume phone and video interviews for our Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates. Collaborate closely with interviewers to create a positive and welcoming candidate experience during interview sessions. Gather and synthesize valuable feedback from interviewers to continually enhance our selection process.
