Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, located in Westfield, IN, is hiring an Early Stage Collections Specialist, I for a hybrid schedule (11am–8pm EST). The role focuses on counseling borrowers on payment options and negotiating arrangements to bring accounts current, with additional support to inbound customer service on high-volume days.

The target pay is $23.50/hr plus monthly incentive bonus, with optional +$1.50/hr for Spanish bilingual skills and +$1.50 for the 11am–8pm shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Less than one year of collections experience in a customer service/call center environment and/or loan servicing experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Counsel borrowers on methods to bring the loan current and negotiate payment arrangements.
• Contact borrowers in early delinquency (1–59 days) and review financial situations.
• Provide options including repayment plans, loan modifications, short sales, Deed in Lieu, refinancing.
• May serve as single point of contact and escalate to Loss Mitigation as needed.
• Assist with loan servicing website payments and inquiries.
