Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ post-masters experience in a mental health field.
• Clinical licensure in North Carolina; associate-level considered.
• CEAP credential preferred.
• EAP experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Customer service experience including phone-based support.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and link them to providers or community resources.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and providers.
• Communicate via phone, video conferencing, and email.
• Ensure confidentiality and security in accordance with HIPAA.
