Job summary

Travelpro, a leader in travel lifestyle products, seeks an Operations partner to manage and optimize its global Shopify Plus eCommerce sites. You will support site operations, implement on-site updates, and oversee cross-geography projects to ensure a smooth path to purchase.

The role requires experience with Shopify Plus, HTML/CSS, and strong communication across teams. Hybrid work flexibility and a collaborative, growth-oriented environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience operating an eCommerce website.
• Proficiency in Shopify Plus store management.
• HTML, CSS, and web design experience required.
• Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide internal support for multiple Shopify Plus instances across geographies.
• Assist with website copy and design updates including landing page development and new on-site features.
• Support web projects across multiple departments and external vendors, keeping timelines and deliverables on track.
• Monitor orders daily and work with Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to address fraud alerts, chargebacks, and delays.
• Collaborate with DTC Leads and Sr. Manager, eCommerce Operations to optimize site performance.
