Job summary

MongoDB is seeking Technical Services Engineers based in Dublin for our hybrid working model. You will solve complex MongoDB problems for our largest customers, advise on architecture, performance, recovery and security, and become a trusted technical resource across the MongoDB ecosystem.

You will collaborate with product management and development teams, contribute to internal projects, and help customers achieve success with MongoDB Atlas and Cloud Manager at scale.

Qualifications

• Strong technical experience in systems administration, distributed systems, and network administration.
• Experience with database architecture and administration, as well as application and data architecture design.
• Performance tuning and benchmarking experience are highly valued.
• Additional points for Java, Python, C/C++, JavaScript, or Go experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with our largest customers to solve complex MongoDB challenges across architecture, performance, recovery, and security.
• Serve as an expert resource on best practices for running MongoDB at scale and advocate for customers’ needs with product and development teams.
• Collaborate on internal projects, including development of support tools for performance benchmarking and diagnostics.
