Job summary

Saving Sight in Kansas City, MO, seeks a Donor Support Specialist to assist families during one of life's hardest moments while helping restore sight through donation. The role blends remote and in-office work with a hybrid schedule. Evening shifts 6:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Speak with donor families and guide them through the donation process.
• Review medical records, questionnaires, and communicate with medical staff.
• Coordinate with funeral homes, medical examiner offices, and hospitals to dispatch Recovery Technicians.
• Work independently and as a team to make critical donation decisions.
