Saving Sight is seeking an Overnight Healthcare Coordinator for a hybrid role based in Kansas City, MO. This full-time position involves 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. shifts, with rotating 3-4 shifts weekly and every other weekend, paid at $23.82 per hour with overtime.

The role combines medical record review, case coordination, decision making, and compassionate conversations with families during critical moments, helping make sight restoration possible for transplant recipients.

• Dispatch and support Recovery Technicians throughout the donation process.

Overnight Healthcare Coordinator - Hybrid

Location: Hybrid – Kansas City, MO

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $23.82 / hour with overtime pay.
