Versiti Blood Center of Indiana is seeking a Call Center Agent in Indianapolis. The role involves outbound donor calls to schedule appointments, documenting information in our systems, and delivering friendly, professional service on every call.

The position combines in-office and remote days with stable hours. Training is paid, and bi-weekly pay with shift differentials is offered, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience in a contact center preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to learn software and use multiple channels (phone, text, chat, email).
