Job summary

St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital - ALSAC seeks an Associate IV – Donor Account Processes to schedule work, process donations, and uphold data integrity within our donor CRM systems. The role supports testing, back‑up coverage for the DAP Supervisor, and ensures PCI compliance in every transaction.

You will handle donor communications, data entry, and batch reconciliations while maintaining strong internal controls and delivering a superior donor experience.

Qualifications

• Strong arithmetic ability and data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication with donors and teammates.
• Ability to interpret donor instructions and maintain data integrity.
• Experience with multiple systems and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process donations and updates across CRM and related systems.
• Ensure accuracy, reconciliation, and SLA compliance for donor transactions.
• Document donor interactions and maintain PCI compliance and privacy standards.
• Use SQL queries to troubleshoot data issues and support testing of new processes.
