The National Park Foundation in Washington, DC seeks a Specialist, Digital Giving to execute and optimize email fundraising and donor communications for the Annual Giving program. The role drives revenue growth, donor retention, and lifetime value through targeted campaigns and data-driven insights.

Featuring day-to-day email production, audience segmentation, donor journeys, testing, and performance reporting, this position reports to the Associate Director of Digital Giving and collaborates

Competenze

• Exceptional written and verbal donor communications skills.
• Strong attention to detail; manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Ability to define, document, and improve workflows.
• Collaborative, proactive team player driving projects forward.
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting and analysis.
• Experience with CRM and email platforms; HTML/CSS familiarity.
• Understanding of digital fundraising, donor engagement, and lifecycle.

Mansioni

• Manage email fundraising campaigns and donor communications.
• Plan audience segmentation and donor journeys across campaigns.
• Draft email copy, subject lines, and CTAs; coordinate with creative teams.
• Conduct A/B and multivariate testing; optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign results and produce performance reports.
• Administer platform functionality, lists, and compliance checks.
• Collaborate across philanthropy, marketing, and data teams.
