Job summary

Greenpeace USA is seeking a Digital Fundraising Specialist to develop and execute digital fundraising strategies across email, social, SMS, and web channels. The role emphasizes strong writing, fundraising knowledge, project management, and usability to grow monthly donors and optimize donor journeys.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of digital fundraising experience.
• 3–5 years of CRM management experience.
• Strong data analysis experience.
• Experience using A/B testing in advocacy, fundraising and/or marketing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly donor acquisition strategies and donor journeys to increase retention.
• Test data-driven strategies to improve conversion, retention, and LTV of monthly donors.
• Monitor gift processing systems and donation pages; troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate messaging across departments to improve user experience and donations.
• Create and monitor KPI reports; work with data team to share insights.
• Build and test donation landing pages using EveryAction CRM.
• Write fundraising emails and coach teammates; test copy, subject lines, and other elements.
• Test digital fundraising tactics for non-monthly giving (middle, major, planned).
