Job summary

AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer to support Navy programs in a hybrid role with substantial onsite presence. The candidate will lead T&E activities, coordinate test events and document strategies, ensuring alignment with program goals.

Requires an active Secret clearance and 6+ years of T&E engineering experience, with strong collaboration across DoD stakeholders. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 6+ years of engineering and T&E experience.
• Experience with system development-type test events.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage T&E strategy and schedules.
• Provide testing management for ACNS development and upgrades.
• Review and develop test-related docs (TEMP, plans, specs).
• Lead T&E Working IPTs and coordinate DT readiness reviews.
• Collaborate with APMs, COMOPTEVFOR and other stakeholders.
• Witness test events on-site as required.
