Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 6+ years of engineering and Test & Evaluation experience.
• Experience with system developmental-type test events.
• Ability to plan and complete T&E efforts to provide program deliverables.
• Ability to communicate with T&E stakeholders within Navy chain of command.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• This is a hybrid position with ~70% onsite/30% remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop T&E strategy, schedules, and plans for test events.
• Provide testing management for development, acquisition, integration, upgrade or change for ACNS.
• Review and develop test-related acquisition documentation (test strategies, TEMP, SOWs, specs).
• Lead and organize T&E Working IPTs (WIPTs) as needed.
• Coordinate and conduct DT readiness reviews; manage logistics and minutes.
• Provide SME support for T&E events including reliability, performance, software, cybersecurity tests.
• Witness and coordinate test activities onsite when required.
• Analyze technical test reports and CDRLs; interface with external stakeholders.
• Engage with COMOPTEVFOR, OPNAV and other DoD/Navy orgs per T&E policies.
• Attend T&E conferences and prepare documentation for program test events (TEMP, strategies).
