Job summary

AUSGAR Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Mid-Level Test Engineer to support the U.S. Navy PMW/A-520 ACNS program in Norfolk, VA. The role combines hands-on testing with coordination of T&E activities, requiring on-site work and travel up to 10%.

Ideal candidates will have a Secret clearance, 6+ years in engineering and T&E, and experience with DoD test events. The position is hybrid with substantial on-site presence and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Secret clearance required.
• 6+ years of engineering and T&E experience.
• Experience with system developmental-type test events.
• Ability to plan and carry through T&E efforts to deliver program results.
• Ability to coordinate with Navy/T&E stakeholders and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop T&E strategy and schedules for ACNS program.
• Manage test events, documentation, and briefs with the APM and Lead Engineer.
• Lead T&E Working IPTs (WIPTs) when needed.
• Support DT readiness reviews and test-related DOIs.
• Witness and coordinate test activities on-site as required.
• Provide SME input for reliability, performance, software, and cybersecurity T&E.
