Williams Lea is hiring a Hybrid Document Production Workflow Coordinator for our Wheeling, WV office. The role involves managing client requests, creating documents, and ensuring quality standards in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and excellent communication abilities. This position offers various health insurance options, a 401k plan, and paid time off.

Competenze

• Minimum of 3 years of related office experience with document production and preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven team environment with sensitive documents.

Mansioni

• Intakes work requests from clients and negotiates deadlines.
• Creates and edits documents using Microsoft Office tools.
• Facilitates training for new and existing team members.
