The position offers a flexible hybrid-remote schedule up to four days remotely after training, with a starting salary range of $70,000 to $85,000 plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of docketing or paralegal experience in a law firm.
• Experience with CompuLaw or similar rules-based calendaring systems required.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and monitor critical litigation dates in CompuLaw.
• Research applicable court rules and answer procedural questions from attorneys and staff.
• Review and process incoming case-related notices and correspondence.
• Generate clear docket reports and perform quality control checks on all entries.
• Complete special projects assigned by the Docket Administrator and Senior Manager of Practice Support Services.
