Qualifications

• Associate degree or paralegal certificate preferred.
• Experience with CompuLaw or similar calendaring systems required.
• Minimum of 3 years docketing, administrative, or paralegal experience in a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and monitor litigation dates and deadlines in CompuLaw.
• Research court rules and answer procedural questions for attorneys.
• Review and process incoming case-related notices and correspondence.
• Generate docket reports and perform quality control on entries.
• Complete special projects for the Docket Administrator and Senior Manager.
