Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in hiring, training and/or managing individuals and teams
• Employment Agreement reviews provided to the associate for review prior to execution
• Ability to travel to customer/associate locations and meetings within the assigned area while maintaining required insurance coverage

Responsibilities

• Attract Sales Talent: attract sales talent to build a capable team
• Develop Sales Associates: grow knowledge, experience and earnings year over year
• Relationship Management: cultivate strong customer relationships in the territory
• Planning & Priority Setting: plan weekly routes and growth from bottom up
• Achieve Sales Goals: meet/exceed quotas using company programs and training
• Reporting: maintain daily activity records and report cost-savings to customers
