Job summary

Sargent & Lundy offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote for this distribution design role in the United States. You will lead engineers and designers, preparing construction sketches and work packages for 4 kV through 38 kV systems, and you may conduct field work as needed.

Essential qualifications include an Associate’s Degree in Drafting or a Bachelor’s in Engineering Technology, with 5+ years in distribution design and proficiency in AutoCAD or

Qualifications

Requires Associate’s Degree in Drafting and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Technology, or a high school diploma.
Minimum 5 years of distribution design experience.
Proficient with AutoCAD and/or MicroStation.

Responsibilities

Prepare/Review construction sketches and work packages for overhead and underground distribution facilities (4 KV through 38 KV).
Lead project team members and coordinate with designers using established engineering practices.
Perform field work when necessary and provide construction support.
