Job summary

This role serves as the primary contact throughout the customer lifecycle, combining responsibilities of a Central RO Processor and Service Coordinator, with hands-on, field-based engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in fleet maintenance or service coordination.
• Strong repair order and service operations knowledge.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Proficient with MS Office; comfortable with SharePoint and customer portals.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process new work requests from initiation through completion.
• Create, manage, and submit repair estimates for approvals.
• Review repair orders for accuracy and approve.
• Handle invoicing, including third-party portals.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial fleet customers.
• Coordinate vendor repairs and manage unmanned locations.
• Perform SharePoint approvals and process rebills as needed.
• Support campaign creation and provide backup for parts processing.
