Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in fleet maintenance, service coordination, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of repair order processes and service operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment.
• Proficient with SharePoint and MS Office; comfortable with third-party portals.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Process new work requests from initiation through completion.
• Create and manage estimates; submit for approvals.
• Review and approve repair orders (ROs).
• Handle invoicing for internal and external customers, including third‑party portals.
• Serve as primary contact for commercial fleet customers.
• Provide timely updates and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Coordinate vendor repair orders and paperwork for outside services.
• Enter new parts, process recalls and warranty claims.
• Support campaign creation and rollout.
