• Must be responsible, reliable, detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good people skills to interact with patients and colleagues across departments.
• Background in medical equipment is a plus, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and deploy drivers to handle same-day and emergent orders.
• Communicate with Customer Service to schedule deliveries and report delays or issues.
• Assist in cleaning/processing of equipment and ensure proper labeling and storage in warehouse.
• Perform minor repairs on equipment to ensure safe operation and document repairs.
• Route service technicians for on-site preventive maintenance of PHM equipment.
• Maintain vehicle files and concentrator check logs for compliance.
• Troubleshoot product-related issues and provide timely operational support.
