Job summary

Endurant Disaster Recovery is seeking a Mitigation Production Manager in Norcross, GA to lead onsite water, fire, and mold restoration projects with hands-on supervision of crews. You will coordinate mitigation work, mentor team members, and ensure safety, quality, and timely completion.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certifications a plus.
• Experience in water, fire, or mold damage restoration or related hands-on field.
• Ability to perform physically demanding work and operate restoration equipment.
• Strong communication with crews, owners, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite mitigation projects (water, fire, mold) and supervise crews.
• Respond to projects during business hours; be available for after-hours emergencies.
• Perform restoration work alongside the crew (setup, extraction, cleaning, drying).
• Ensure project timelines, safety compliance, and quality standards.
• Maintain documentation of work performed and equipment used.
• Communicate status and challenges to owners and internal teams.
• Train and mentor crew members in restoration techniques and safety.
• Manage equipment and materials on site and complete final inspections.
