Job summary

HUB International is seeking a Director of Workforce Absence Management to join our Employee Benefits team in Pittsburgh, PA on a hybrid schedule. You will act as a subject matter expert in absence and leave management, supporting the East Region with strategic guidance and hands-on service.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10 years in leave programs, strong carrier relationships, and the ability to drive new business while delivering excellent client support.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in leave of absence management or disability programs.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and municipal leave laws and benefits coordination.
• Experience with return-to-work planning and client-facing consulting.

Responsibilities

• Lead absence management programs for clients via calls and meetings.
• Support new business development and client retention through expertise in leave management.
• Educate and train clients and HUB employees on leave topics.
• Develop content for newsletters and market updates.
• Collaborate with nationwide HUB experts to drive best practices.
