Job summary

HUB International is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager in a hybrid role requiring three days per week in the office. You will work with the Producer, Consultant, and team to manage client relationships and day-to-day benefits service across a book of business.

Responsibilities include client communications, vendor implementations, open enrollment prep, and ensuring compliance. The role emphasizes relationship building, project management, and ongoing client education.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 3-5 years of related experience working as an Account Manager or Account Representative in the employee benefit arena
• Client facing experience required
• L&H License required or must be able to obtain within 120 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Manages routine client requests and maintains client relationships to support retention and carrier relations
• Manages projects with the client including vendor implementation
• Produces benchmarking reports to clients on a set schedule
• Handles claims/coverage issues and escalates complex matters as needed
• Assists with billing and eligibility audits for clients
• Advises clients on compliance matters and provides monthly reports
• Prepares open enrollment materials and participant communications with Account Administrator
• Organizes client meetings and coordinates changes with the team
• Ensures clients know HUB resources and attends industry education trainings
