Pezian Search Group is seeking a Director of IT to lead technology operations for a mortgage lending client in the US. The ideal candidate can be located in Southern California or Houston, TX, and will oversee cybersecurity, Encompass LOS, infrastructure, and vendor management.

This hands-on director will align IT initiatives with business goals, manage both on-site and remote teams, and drive continuous improvement in LOS efficiency and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT leadership experience.
• Experience managing on-site and remote teams.
• Knowledge of mortgage industry workflows.
• Strong cybersecurity and regulatory knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute IT roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Oversee Encompass configuration, customization, and integrations.
• Partner with Ops, Sales and Compliance to improve LOS efficiency.
• Manage network, servers, hardware, software and SaaS platforms.
• Lead cybersecurity programs and vendor security reviews.
• Ensure IT policies, audits, and disaster recovery plans.
