Job summary

VantageScore Solutions, LLC seeks a Director of Compliance to mature and scale our compliance program. Reporting to the General Counsel, you will own the strategic evolution of our compliance infrastructure and lead policy enhancement, risk mitigation, and governance across the company. This hybrid role requires three days in the office, with preferred sites in Washington, D.C.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5–7 years of experience building data governance, privacy, and other compliance programs.
• Demonstrated experience building and scaling compliance programs.
• Strong working knowledge of privacy, data governance, and competition concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead the continued development and oversight of the company’s enterprise compliance program.
• Draft and refine policies and procedures to stay best-in-class and aligned with risk profile.
• Oversee governance reporting and provide updates to executive leadership.
• Lead monitoring and risk assessment activities and implement corrective actions.
• Develop metrics to track policy adherence and program effectiveness.
• Stay current on federal/state laws to ensure regulatory compliance.
