Job summary

Tasks Unlimited Inc. seeks a Director of Compliance to lead the client services division, building a strong agency-wide compliance framework and supporting regulatory readiness across programs.

The role offers project management support for cross-team initiatives and enhances documentation, risk management, and communication. The position is daytime-based with hybrid work options; the incumbent will guide staff, partner with program leaders, and oversee training, onboarding, and clinical system

Qualifications

• Licensed Mental Health Professional is required.
• 7-10 years compliance and/or operations experience; non-profit experience preferred.
• Strong project management and systems skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Lead compliance across client services and regulatory requirements, including CARF, DHS, DEED, and contract obligations.
• Maintain compliance calendars, audit readiness, and corrective action tracking; prepare documentation for audits and monitoring reviews.
• Develop, update, and enforce policies, procedures, and workflows relating to client services.
• Identify compliance risks and implement corrective actions; monitor regulatory changes and communicate updates to leadership.
