Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and active bar membership in good standing.
• 12–15 years of combined relevant legal experience, including in-house.
• Experience with financial services/fintech regulations and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with General Counsel to develop and implement legal strategies across the business.
• Oversee negotiation, drafting, and review of vendor, services, and client agreements.
• Support litigation with external counsel, develop case strategies and responses.
• Execute IP strategies and manage outside IP counsel.
• Design and manage scalable legal operations and governance materials.
• Monitor antitrust and financial services regulations and advise on implications.
• Support corporate, compliance, and policy initiatives as needed.
