AlphaSights is seeking a Legal & Compliance Associate to join the Client Protection team in San Francisco. You will monitor client requests, help develop policies, train teams, and provide guidance to delivery stakeholders to maintain top compliance standards while enabling business growth.

This fast-paced, cross-functional role emphasizes problem solving, attention to detail, and clear communication across regional and global teams. Hybrid work is available with Friday WFH options.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree with strong academic credentials
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential
• 0–1 year of related work experience; recent graduates welcome
• GPA minimum 3.5 indicates strong academics
• extracurricular leadership and activities demonstrate drive and initiative
