Job summary

Foster McKay seeks a dynamic Director, Accounting – TV Networks HQ Central to steer central accounting for the CSA and Content Distribution. You will partner with multiple functions to ensure accurate US GAAP reporting, balance sheet governance, and strong internal controls.

This hybrid role requires about 3 days on-site weekly and a proactive, change-ready leader. You will drive process improvements, ERP transformation, and scalable accounting foundations for a transitioning public company,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting leadership in complex orgs.
• Experience with US GAAP, SOX, and external audits.
• Background in media/advertising revenue environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA accounting governance and shared services for ads, distribution, and transition services.
• Lead accounting for Content Distribution including journal entries and reporting.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and reconciliations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ERP implementations.
