Job summary

Versant Media, LLC seeks a Director of Accounting for TV Networks HQ Central to lead critical accounting operations and govern the Central Services Agreement with NBCUniversal. The role reports to the Controller, TV Networks, and focuses on building scalable, SOX-compliant processes across the Controllership function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification is required or actively pursued.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Big Four or equivalent public company experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee CSA accounting governance between Versant and NBCUniversal.
• Lead accounting for Content Distribution, including journal entries and reporting.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and reconciliations.
• Coordinate cross-brand transactions and strategic accounting initiatives.
