Versant Media, LLC in Englewood Cliffs, NJ seeks a Director of Accounting for TV Networks HQ Central to lead critical accounting operations for the TV Networks portfolio. Reporting to the Controller, TV Networks, you will oversee CSA accounting with NBCUniversal and support Content Distribution, delivering timely financial reporting and strong controls.

The role emphasizes process improvements, ERP transformation, and building the accounting foundation for a newly independent public company.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility within a complex organization.
• Big Four or other public accounting experience and/or public company experience preferred.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including financial reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, balance sheet governance, and SOX.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the Central Services Agreement (CSA) accounting with NBCUniversal, including shared services for advertising sales and TV content distribution.
• Lead accounting for the Content Distribution business, including journal entries, reconciliations, variance analysis, subscriber audits and financial reporting.
• Oversee month-end close activities, balance sheet integrity, reconciliations, and reporting for the Central Accounting team.
• Oversee accounting for cross-brand transactions and strategic initiatives.
