Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA certification required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience in high-growth environments, corporate integration, or public accounting valued.
• Deep understanding of US GAAP, corporate consolidations, and SOX.
• Experience creating policies, SOPs, and audit-support documentation.
• Strong experience in fixed asset, capitalization, depreciation, asset lifecycle management, and construction-in-progress accounting.
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite) and close management software (FloQast).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close under US GAAP.
• Mentor and scale a high-performing corporate accounting team.
• Strengthen the SOX-compliant internal control environment.
• Partner with Engineering and Product to set accounting/data requirements.
• Oversee fixed asset accounting and capitalization policies.
• Drive automation of fixed asset workflows and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Construction on project cost tracking and capitalization.
• Manage software accounting for corporate SaaS, prepayments, and vendor contracts.
• Oversee amortization and impairment analyses for intangibles and goodwill.
