A global leader in entertainment is seeking a Director of Accounting to oversee a segment accounting team in Boston. This hybrid position requires a strong background in US GAAP and SOX, with at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Key responsibilities include driving modernization efforts in financial reporting and leading day-to-day accounting activities. The role also demands excellent analytical skills and the ability to build strong relationships with senior leadership. Competitive salary between $160,000 and $180,000 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.
• At least 5 years in public accounting and/or public company environments; Big 4 experience preferred.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
