UVA Health is seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to serve as Director of Access Strategy & Operations Support. This newly created, high-visibility role will transform patient access across UVA Health.

You will drive system-wide access initiatives, lead a high-performing team, and partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to modernize workflows and improve operational performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; a combination of experience and education may be considered.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of formal management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and enterprise projects across UVA Health.
• Drive the access analytics function with executive reporting and KPIs.
• Oversee CAMR medical records operations and support services.
• Lead and develop a growing team and foster a high-performing culture.
• Partner with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to align initiatives.
