Job summary

UVA Health seeks a strategic, data-driven leader to serve as Director of Access Strategy & Operations Support. This high-visibility role transforms patient access across the health system, partnering with clinical, operational, and IT leaders to advance enterprise initiatives.

You will oversee a portfolio of complex access projects, lead analytics and performance reporting, manage CAMR records and support services, and develop a growing team in a hybrid work model in Charlottesville, VA.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required; relevant experience may substitute.
• 7+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years of formal management.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and enterprise initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategy & Enterprise Projects: oversee complex access initiatives aligned with enterprise goals and PMO standards.
• Drive Data & Performance Excellence: lead Access analytics, dashboards, KPIs and executive reporting.
• Oversee Operations & Support Services: direct CAMR medical records, logistics and admin functions for day-to-day Access operations.
• Lead & Develop Teams: manage and grow a high-performing team and culture.
