Job summary

Farmers in Dallas seeks a seasoned Sales Team Leader to manage a direct sales team selling multi-line insurance products, primarily through inbound calls. You will lead day-to-day operations and hold team members accountable to the organization’s objectives and processes.

This role requires minimum five years in sales and call center environments with people leadership experience. A Property & Casualty license is preferred or required upon hire.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of sales and call center experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement.
• Property & Casualty license required upon hire.
• Excellent judgment and decision making skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and coaching ability.
• Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance and coaching.
• Develop and execute sales and operational plans with leadership.
• Ensure team meets individual and group performance goals.
• Address performance deficiencies and implement corrective action.
• Manage timecards, schedules, and system access for the team.
• Communicate product strategies and keep teams aligned.
